About The Founder
Philip A. Nicolosi III provides legal services through his law firm, Phil Nicolosi Law, P.C., for startup and small business law, e-commerce and Internet marketing law, and commercial and real estate transactions.
Mr. Nicolosi has over 11 years of experience focusing his practice on business and Internet law and general transactions. His practice is currently focused on helping Internet start-ups and existing medium sized Internet businesses with their strategic growth and continuing business and e-commerce legal needs.
Mr. Nicolosi is a 1998 graduate of the University of Iowa and received his J.D. in 2002 from Northern Illinois University College of Law. Before beginning Phil Nicolosi Law, P.C., Mr. Nicolosi began his legal career with Nicolosi & Associates, LLC, located in Rockford, Illinois. Mr. Nicolosi also served as in-house council to The Buckley Companies, LLC, a vertically integrated provider of real estate design, development, construction and property management services. That unique relationship provided Mr. Nicolosi with a significant overall exposure to most matters affecting small to medium sized businesses.

John LiCausi has successfully operated Internet Marketing Helpline, Inc, on a full time basis since 2007. He has some national clients and even a couple celebrities, but most of his clients are within a 30 minute drive.
His primary clientele are local businesses that wish to aggressively use the Internet for lead generation. This includes off-page SEO, strategic PPC that utilizes an optimizing platform, and also website design that is customized for improving the conversions of website visitors to inquiries.
He created another division named Internet Marketing Experience that focuses on hosting Internet marketing based presentations. The Internet marketing industry is full of clutter, and as of recently, it is worse than ever. In his presentations, John enjoys helping businesses make sense of the opportunities available through Internet marketing, while at the same time helping them grow their revenues.
