Our automated online service is meant to intelligently determine what specific legal notices, general disclaimers and policies should be included on the website the documents are being built for based on how you answer certain questions. In addition, each generator describes which types of websites/online activities the corresponding legal document applies to so you can easily understand which documents to build.

How easy is the automated document generator to use?

Anyone can use our automated online service! You simply check a box next to certain items that apply to the website or business and in some cases you directly provide text answers. There are on-screen instructions, recommendations and attorney comments to help assist you answer the questions with ease. The program is designed to recognize the way in which users answer questions on a given screen and react accordingly to ensure that users build a seamless document based on their input.

If I don't renew my membership, do I have to stop using any documents I have generated?

No! Rights to use and display any legal document any member creates using our services on the applicable website(s) are perpetual. If you decide not to renew your membership, you will only be restricted from continued access to our legal form generators and from the ability to generate any future, updated documents. Under our White Label License, any forms you have already built for your clients are yours (or your clients) to display on their websites forever.

Do I have to install anything on my computer?

No. You can access our website legal document generators from your own browser online directly by accessing our website. Our program is compatible with Chrome, Firefox, Explorer, Safari and just about all other browsers.

Can I ask for a refund if I am unsatisfied?

You can request a full refund of any membership license of our automated service you purchase for any reason within 30 days from the date of your purchase. You'll receive a full refund of the initial membership sign-up fee you paid. Just follow our posted refund policy and we will ask that you remove any materials you have previously generated with any of our legal document generators.

If I have a technical problem, when can I expect support related questions to be answered?

Generally, all emails will be answered as soon as possible, but in no event later then 48 hours, excluding weekends and Holidays. You can email support@internetlegalarmor.com with any technical or support related questions, including questions regarding the materials contained in any of our website legal document generators. However, we will not give you any legal advice, so please limit your questions to any technical related questions or assistance preparing your documents.

Are the documents I generate guaranteed to protect the website operators?

No. Not even a licensed attorney providing actual legal services can guarantee no lawsuit or regulatory agency complaint would ever be filed against any business/website operators. Of course, customized website legal documents will provide any website with a strong and necessary layer of protection the operators may not otherwise have without our service.

Will the documents I build cover all online activities and/or address all types of products or services?

Our automated service may not address every specific business practice, website feature or a specific product or service offered by the website operators. However, most website operators and Internet businesses will find that our automated service is comprehensive and detailed enough to cover almost all aspects of their website activities, especially information collection practices.

Some documents may not address at all or may not contain disclaimers specific enough to fully notify the website visitor of the activities or website content being disclaimed by the operators in compliance with all applicable state, federal or international laws. Our FTC Website Advertising & Disclosures Compliance Guide and our guide on Using Website Disclaimers & Agreements Effectively included in each license is meant to to help address any other language that may be required or recommended to be included on the website or mobile app. In addition, no document will contain any specific disclosures that may be required on a website or app by the FTC (or other regulatory agencies) to qualify any product or services claims made on a website that may otherwise be deceptive under the FTC Act or other applicable laws without such disclosures.

How often are the documents updated?

The documents you build with our automated service are dynamic and may be updated on a as-needed basis to address any changes in relevant laws. Occasionally, changes in the policies of major service providers like Google Adsense will affect the documents you build and these will be addressed also. Some documents may not be updated at all during your membership and some documents may need significant changes. Factors include adoption or repeal of any laws relating to online advertising and marketing and other online business practices. Court cases may also change the interpretation of any existing laws. In addition, administrative rulings, agency guidelines and new regulations may warrant document updates.

We also update the documents periodically to add new content in an effort to make each document even more detailed and comprehensive!

Will I receive any direct legal services?

No member will receive any direct legal services or otherwise any direct legal consultation. No attorney-client relationship will be created between any member (or their separate clients under our White Label License) and attorney Philip A. Nicolosi or the law firm of Phil Nicolosi Law, P.C. when you purchase any of our licenses and use our automated service.

Do I have to format any documents I generate?

All documents come pre-formatted and ready to be copied and pasted to your CMS or content editor. They are emailed to the email you provide at the end of the generation process.

Can I access the legal document generators using any browser?

Yes, you can access our services using all the major browsers, including google chrome, firefox, Internet explorer safari, opera, etc.
